Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your walnut wood craft purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our return and exchange policy is designed to make your experience smooth and fair.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at return@thewalnutart.com with your order details.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items of equal or higher value (with the difference payable).

Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Please contact us on exchange@thewalnutart.com

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Important Notes

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged/incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Hand-carved walnut wood crafts may have natural variations in color and texture, which are not considered defects. You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

Returning/Replacement of Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
